A. It shall be unlawful for any person or business to place or cause to be placed any sign or other advertising or attention getting device on any public right of way in the village, or on any pole, post or structure on any public right of way in the village, unless specifically authorized as provided in title 5, chapter 20 of this code.
B. The village shall remove any such nuisance signs at the expense of the owner. (Ord. 06-O-983, 12-11-2006)
