7-10-6: PENALTIES:

A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), per day of any violation. In addition, violators of this chapter shall be liable for restitution costs to the village for costs incurred to respond to any unpermitted special event. (Ord. 14-O-001, 1-21-2014)
