7-10-5: OTHER FEES AND INSURANCE:
   A.   Other Fees And Permits: Applicants must secure and maintain at their cost, all licenses, permits, or other authorizations necessary to conduct the special event, and the village must be provided a copy of all such required licenses, permits or authorizations no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the beginning of the special event.
   B.   Insurance And Indemnification: Applicants must obtain and maintain, at their own expense, insurance policies for an amount and coverage as established by the chief village officer and as provided for in the permit application. All policies must name the village as the "additional insured". Any other entities that might be impacted by the event shall also be named as an additional insured. Applicant must provide the village with proof of the required insurance not less than ten (10) days before the first day of the event. (Ord. 14-O-001, 1-21-2014)
