7-10-3: EXCEPTIONS:
Certain exceptions have been made for the following entities:
   A.   Governmental entities shall be exempt from special event permitting; and
   B.   Educational institutions, approved or authorized by the state of Illinois, shall be exempt from special event permitting. (Ord. 14-O-001, 1-21-2014)
