The regulations of this Chapter shall apply to all existing and future, nonagricultural development that contains officially designated natural areas. Applicable officially designated natural areas shall include, but not be limited to, wetlands, prairies, flood plains, storm water management areas, and any other areas of natural value, including those within conservancy easements.
