All new developments of one hundred (100) or more dwelling units or, in the case of nonresidential development, any development which will employ one hundred (100) or more employees will be required to provide a traffic study (prepared by a qualified traffic engineer) to establish trips generated, necessary road improvements, and other information regarding traffic impacts of the development.
