For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare, the village board may from time to time amend the regulations imposed by this title.
A. Authority: The regulations imposed under the authority of this title may be amended from time to time, by ordinance in accordance with the applicable statutes of the state. An amendment shall be granted or denied by the village board of trustees. (Ord. 99-O-791, 6-7-1999)
B. Initiation Of Amendment: Amendments may be proposed by the village board, by the plan commission/board of appeals, other governmental bodies or by any resident of or owner of property within the jurisdictional limits of this title. (Ord. 99-O-791, 6-7-1999; amd. Ord. 05-O-942, 11-7-2005)
