Any person may appeal within sixty (60) days to the village board of trustees any final action taken by the plan commission/board of appeals. The board of trustees shall act as a board of appeals and shall hear and decide appeals from and review any final order, requirement, decision or determination made by the plan commission/board of appeals, under this title. The concurring vote of four (4) members of the board of trustees shall be necessary to reverse any final order of the plan commission/board of appeals under this title. (Ord. 99-O-791, 6-7-1999; amd.
