6-5-14: INSPECTION OF SURFACE IMPROVEMENTS:

A. Inspection Required: All grading, paving, landscaping or other surface improvements as required by this title shall be inspected during the course of construction and upon completion by the village engineer.

B. Notification Required: During the course of construction of the improvements, the subdivider shall notify the village forty eight (48) hours before any required inspection. (Ord. 99-O-791, 6-7-1999)
