The developer will arrange with the village for the erection of the requisite street signs within the subdivision which shall be in conformity with section 7-3-1 of this code. The cost of the street signs and their installation shall be the responsibility of the subdivider. The subdivider shall also provide sufficient funds to the village for blank replacement signs calculated on the basis of one replacement sign for each five (5) signs or fraction thereof installed within the subdivision.
