Parkways shall extend from the curb to the property line. They shall be graded by the developer with not less than six inches (6") of topsoil and be sodded. Within six (6) months of the village's authorization for the issuance of building permits, the parkways of all lots shall be sodded; the remainder of the lot shall be sodded or seeded. Undeveloped lots shall be watered and mowed by the developer or owner, whichever is the responsible entity, to maintain the grass at a maximum height of six inches (6"). (Ord. 03-O-883, 8-4-2003)
