Applicants for a permit for a swimming pool shall simultaneously apply for a permit for a pool enclosure. Residents with unenclosed pools may also apply for a permit for a pool enclosure. Pool enclosure permits require approval of the architecture committee regarding height, style, materials and possible screening. The total area enclosed shall be the minimum required to enclose the pool and surrounding deck areas. Pool enclosures to be constructed or erected within the village shall conform to the following guidelines:
A. The materials utilized for the pool enclosure shall be wood, stone, or masonry. "Open" type enclosures shall be allowed.
B. The maximum height of the enclosure shall be six feet (6'). (Ord. 10-O-009, 5-4-2010)
