Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (1981 Code; amd. Ord. 95-O-707, 11-6-1995)
