In the event that the Village has entered into an inter-governmental boundary agreement or other similar agreement with another governmental body that provides that another municipality has land use approval and authority over property within the Village of Kildeer, the Village will accept the land use approvals of that Village. The property owner or other municipality will submit to the Village evidence of such approvals and the Village will take any necessary actions, if any, on an expedited basis to implement those through this Zoning Ordinance.
