A. The license shall be granted for a period of one year, and the license period shall commence July 1.
B. The annual license fee shall be as follows:

Class M | 4,000.00 |
Applications filed less than six (6) months prior to the end of the license year shall be charged one-half (½) of the foregoing license fees for that partial year. No rebates shall be made.
C. A license shall be a personal privilege for the license period, which shall expire on June 30 next following the date of issuance, unless sooner revoked, and shall not constitute property nor shall it be subject to attachment, garnishment or execution, nor shall it be alienable or transferable, voluntarily or involuntarily or subject to being encumbered or hypothecated. In case of death of a licensee, the license and the renewal rights may descend to the heirs, executors or administrators of the estate of any deceased licensee for the balance of the license period.
D. Each license issued hereunder shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only on the premises described in the application and license. Each location must comply with the zoning regulations 1 of the Village and all other applicable ordinances. (Ord. 63-O-90, 9-5-1963; amd.
