3-3-1: DEFINITIONS:

All words and phrases used in this chapter, which are defined in an act entitled "an act relating to alcoholic liquors", approved January 21, 1934, as amended, shall have the same meaning ascribed to such words and phrases in said act . (Ord. 93-O-631, 1-11-1993)
