3-1-1: LICENSE YEAR:

The license year for all annual licenses and permits required by any ordinance of the village shall commence on July 1 of each year and shall terminate at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on June 30 of the following year. (Ord. 69-O-159, 11-6-1969)
