Pursuant to the referendum approved at the November 7, 2006 election, there is hereby created and established a police pension fund in and for the village of Kildeer, Lake County, Illinois, in accordance with 40 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-101 et seq. (the "act") for the benefit of all full time police officers entitled to participate in said Kildeer police pension fund. (Ord. 06-O-984, 12-19-2006)
