Full time employees of the Town of Keystone shall be entitled to paid vacation. A full time employee is 1 who works at least 25 hours per week and who has completed a probation period of 6 months. Upon completion of 1 full year, the employee shall be entitled to 1 week paid vacation. Commencing with the beginning of the second year, the employee shall be entitled to paid vacation to be accrued at the rate of half a week per quarter (2 weeks per year). For the purpose of this section, a week shall be understood to be the average hours worked by each individual employee. Employees may accumulate up to 160 hours vacation time.
