§ 36.10 HOLIDAYS.
   (A)   The Town of Keystone will observe holidays which designate the observance of the following dates:
      (1)   Martin Luther King Day (third Monday in January);
      (2)   New Year's Day;
      (3)   President's Day (third Monday in February);
      (4)   Labor Day (first Monday in September);
      (5)   Memorial Day (May 30);
      (6)   Independence Day (July 4);
      (7)   Pioneer's Day (second Monday in October);
      (8)   Veteran's Day (November 11);
      (9)   Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November); and
      (10)    Christmas Day (December 25).
   (B)   And further, if May 30, July 4, December 25, January 1 or November 11, falls on a Sunday, the following Monday is a legal holiday. If they fall on Saturday the Friday prior is observed.
   (C)   If a holiday falls on a Monday the town Librarian shall observe the holiday on the following Tuesday.
