§ 36.09 DEDUCTION OF PAY FOR DOCTOR’S EXAMINATION.
   There shall be no deduction of pay for an employee's required attendance to a doctor on the day of injury, if the injury is job incurred, and the time spent shall not be counted as sick leave.
