§ 36.07 APPLICATION OF WORKER’S COMPENSATION.
   An employee who is absent from work because of an occupational disability arising out of and in the course of his or her employment, and which is compensable under the worker's compensation law, shall be paid for sick leave payments on the basis of the difference between his or her sick leave pay and any payments received from worker's compensation to the extent that he or she has un-lapsed accrued sick leave.
