§ 36.03 ACCUMULATION OF SICK LEAVE DAYS.
   After an employee has served his or her probationary period, he or she shall be credited with 3 days of sick leave, and thereafter shall accumulate sick leave at the rate of 1 working day for each full month of service. Unused sick leave may be accumulated to a total of 30 working days.
