An employee shall be eligible for sick leave pay under the following conditions:
(A) He or she has served his or her 6 months probationary period; and
(B) He or she reports to his or her department head or the Finance Officer not later than 15 minutes before his or her normal working day, unless in the judgement of the employer, the circumstances surrounding the absence made the reporting impossible, in which event the report must be made as soon thereafter as is possible.
