§ 36.01 EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION.

   (A)   Full time. A full time employee is regularly scheduled to work 40 or more hours per week for 6 months or more in any 12 month period.

   (B)   Part time. A part time employee is an employee who works less than 40 hours per week in any 12 month period.
