(A)
There shall be charged by the town effective immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law, a water charge for service to persons, association of persons, partnerships, corporations, firms and legal entities based upon usage as follows:

10,000 gallons & up | $11.75 per 1,000 |
Yearly increase thereafter in the amount of $0.50 each increment. | |
(B) All residential and commercial/industrial water charges shall be paid monthly.
