§ 114.26 HOURS OF OPERATION FOR DISPENSARIES.
   No cannabis dispensary may operate between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. any day of the week. Cannabis dispensaries are required to be open a minimum of 16 hours per week, every week of the year. Failure to do so would result in penalties found in § 114.99.
