§ 111.08 PERMIT REQUIRED TO USE FIREARM IN ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITY.
   (A)   Any entertainment activity or function where the use of firearms in a liquor establishment is required, shall apply for a permit from local law enforcement of the town to authorize them to do so.
   (B)   The organization will be allowed to use blanks only. They will be required to give dates, times and places where the activity is to be held. The permit request shall be no later than 7 days prior to the proposed activity.
   (C)   No participants or contestants of the entertainment activity or organization will be allowed to consume any alcoholic beverage before or during the event.
   (D)   After the entertainment activity has been completed, the firearms will be removed from the liquor establishment. If any of the provisions of the permit are violated, the permit will be considered null and void.
