There shall be allowed within the boundaries of the town, a total of 2 on-premises convention center liquor licenses for convention facilities substantially constructed within the 2 years following issuance of the license or previously completed. The hotel-motel convention facility shall have at least 40 rooms that are suitable lodging accommodations and convention facilities with seating for at least 150 persons. The renewal fee for on-premises convention center liquor license shall be $1,500.
