§ 111.02 MALT BEVERAGE AND WINE PRODUCED BY A FARM WINERY LICENSEE, BEING BOTH PACKAGE DEALERS AND ON-SALE DEALERS AND FEE.
   There shall be allowed within the boundaries of the town, unlimited malt beverage and wine produced by a farm winery licensee licenses for the sale of malt beverages and South Dakota farm wine by package dealers and on-sale dealers. The fee for this license and renewal shall be $300.
