§ 32.54 FILLING VACANCY ON BOARD.
   In case of any vacancy in membership of the Library Board due to death, resignation or otherwise, a successor shall be appointed to fill the unexpired portion of the term of the member he or she replaces. If a member of the Library Board fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings, his or her seat on the Board shall be termed vacant.
