(A) Whenever any town department head or officer desires to make any purchase in excess of $100 for materials, supplies, equipment, printing or services on behalf of the town, he or she shall execute a purchase order therefor in triplicate, setting forth thereon the item to be purchased, the department for which the item is purchased and the source of supply.
(B) If approval from a Trustee is required, it shall be submitted for his or her signature prior to making any purchase.
