§ 32.13 POWERS, DUTIES AND LIMITATIONS.
   The Parks and Recreation Board shall have all of those powers and duties and be subject to the limitations and enjoy those privileges and immunities all as provided by state law. Whenever the prior approval of the Board of Trustees is required before the Board can act, the prior approval shall be first obtained.
