§ 153.01 MOBILE HOMES; PERMITS AND SKIRTING.
   (A)   All mobile homes within the territorial jurisdiction of the Town of Keystone, shall be provided with skirting from the bottom of the walls to the ground within 30 days following occupancy. This skirting must be constructed of fire-retardant materials.
   (B)   For purposes of this chapter, the term MOBILE HOME is defined as a movable living unit designed for year around occupancy which is capable of being towed on its own chassis.
   (C)   All owners of mobile homes who move their mobile homes into the territorial jurisdiction of the Town of Keystone, who intend to relocate their mobile home to a different location within the territorial jurisdiction of Keystone or who intend to move their mobile home from the territorial jurisdiction of the Town of Keystone to another location outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Town of Keystone, shall make application for a permit from the Town of Keystone Finance Officer on forms provided by the Town of Keystone Finance Office. The application shall be accompanied by a fee of $25.
   (D)   In the event an applicant commences moving a trailer into, out of, or within town boundaries which would require the issuance of a permit under this chapter prior to the issuance of a permit the applicant shall pay a fee of $250 per instance. This additional fee shall not preclude the town from exercising other remedies as provided by state law or town ordinances.
