§ 131.01 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   Any person who willfully and wrongfully commits any act tending towards disturbing the peace of another person, or which grossly disturbs the public peace, is guilty of a misdemeanor. The causing or making of any unnecessary loud noise, shouting or yelling, shall be considered a breach of the peace.
