If at any time the grantee's cable and/or other equipment is disturbed, damaged or severed, the cost of repair shall be paid by the party responsible for the damage. The grantee may charge the responsible party for the time and materials expended for the repair of the damage. The town will cooperate with the grantee to assist in enforcing any charge or penalty arising from cable severing or other damage to grantee's property.
