§ 113.14 LOCAL OFFICE COMPLAINTS.
   The grantee shall maintain a business phone number which subscribers may telephone during regular business hours and leave a message or register a complaint without incurring added messages or toll charges, so that complaints regarding cable television operations may be promptly reported to the grantee.
