No person shall operate a bus for amusement or fee within the boundaries of the municipality of Keystone, without having first obtained a license therefor from the Town of Keystone, which license shall be applied for, in writing, to the Board of Trustees, giving the applicant's name, address, describing the nature of the business to be operated, describing the route of the bus with particularity, describing the location or locations where the passengers will be loaded and unloaded from the bus and describing the type of vehicle to be used.
