Subject to ordinances establishing rules and regulations for buses, licensing of animal drawn conveyances and business merchants, the fee for a business license shall be determined by resolution of the Board of Trustees on or before the 31st day of December for the ensuing calendar year. The fee as determined shall be paid during business hours at the Keystone Town Hall. Upon receiving payment for the business license, the application shall be presented to the Town Board for its approval. The monies as received shall be deposited into the general fund.
