(A) Applicant(s) for a business license shall fill out and file the application form, as provided by the town in writing, with the town Finance Officer.
(B) The application shall contain all information as required by the Board of Trustees, Town of Keystone, and in certain cases, any information the County Sheriff's Department may require the license for which application is made by listing their state sales tax number.
