§ 110.01 BUSINESS LICENSES REQUIRED.
   (A)   License. No business required to have a state sales tax license not specifically exempt from municipal licensing shall engage in business without first obtaining a business license through the Board of Trustees of the Town of Keystone.
   (B)   Business defined. For purposes of this section, the term BUSINESS shall include all and any activity engaged in by any person or entity, or caused to be engaged in by any person or entity with the object of gain, benefit or advantage, either direct or indirect.
      (1)   A separate business license shall be applied for and required if a person or entity operates more than 1 business from the same location.
      (2)   A separate business license shall be required notwithstanding that the person or entity operates more than 1 business under the same state sales tax license.
      (3)   A person or entity who advertises or represents to the public that more than 1 business is being operated from the same location, shall be required to apply for and obtain separate business licenses for each respective business.
