(A) The Board of Trustees shall establish rates for the sale of cemetery lots within the Mountain View Cemetery and shall periodically make adjustment of the sale prices. The Town Finance Officer shall have the power to receive, receipt and deposit moneys into the general fund to provide for the operations and maintenance of the cemetery.
(B) A Cemetery Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the Town Board and shall have 3 to 5 members. The Cemetery Advisory Committee has the authority to make a recommendation to the Keystone Board of Trustees on whether a prospective purchaser of a burial plot may purchase the same at the discounted price set forth in § 94.04. The ultimate decision shall be rendered by the Keystone Board of Trustees. The Cemetery Advisory Committee shall meet a minimum of 1 day per year.
