§ 93.03 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC FIREWORKS DISPLAY.
   (A)   Any person desiring to give a display of fireworks in any public park or in any open place within the town, shall obtain therefor, a written permit from the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   A similar permit shall be required to be obtained by any person seeking to establish or maintain any indoor or outdoor target range within the town.
