§ 92.05 RESPONSIBILITY FOR LIGHTS AND GUARDS AROUND AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM STREET EXCAVATIONS.
   The person holding a permit shall be responsible for lights and guards around the street opening and for all damages claimed by, or accruing to, persons or property as a result of the street opening.
