§ 30.14 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   The Board of Trustees shall have the power to create committees for the purpose of gathering information, analyzing and overseeing certain activities for the benefit of the Board. All committees shall consist of 3 members each, 1 of which members shall be a Trustee. The President of the Board of Trustees shall appoint all committee members and at the request of a majority of the Board of Trustees, any report of a committee may be deferred for final action until the next regular meeting of the Board.
