§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)    Violation of any part of§ 90.01(B) is punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200.

   (C)   Violation of §§ 90.15 and 90.16 shall result in a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $100.

   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating §§ 90.17 through 90.23, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100, or by confinement not to exceed 30 days in the county jail or both the fine and imprisonment.
