§ 51.17 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The town Finance Officer and other duly authorized employees and agents of the town shall be permitted to enter upon any premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection, measurement and testing and performing the other functions as may be required under the provisions of this section.
