§ 51.16 DUTIES AND AUTHORITY GIVEN TO FINANCE OFFICER.
   Any duty or authority herein imposed on or given to the town Finance Officer may be performed and exercised by an employee of the town, designated by resolution of the Board of Trustees, which resolution shall specify the duties and authority of the employee and to that extent the town Finance Officer will be relieved of his or her obligations herein.
