§ 51.09 GUARDING EXCAVATION SITES.
   All excavations for building sewer installations shall be adequately guarded with barricades and lights and other appropriate warning devises so as to protect the public from hazard. Streets, alleys, sidewalks and other public property disturbed in the course of the work shall be restored in a manner satisfactory to the town.
