§ 10.23 STATUTE OR LAWS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA.
   Any reference in this code made to the word "statute" or "laws of the State of South Dakota," or any similar reference, shall refer to the South Dakota Compiled Laws of 1967, as amended.
